We are seeking an experienced marketing leader for our client's Amsterdam office. About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a full in-house marketing department. You will be responsible for strengthening the brand, driving guest and customer engagement across channels, and translating commercial goals into effective campaigns. From brand positioning and digital presence to content, campaigns, and partnerships - you will have full ownership of the marketing function and a genuine impact on the company's growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, aligned with commercial objectives and brand vision - Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team (social media, graphic design, account management) - Own the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation across channels and campaigns - Steer brand positioning and consistency across all touchpoints, both on- and offline - Drive digital marketing performance: website, SEO/SEA, email, social media, and campaigns - Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to support revenue goals (F&B, rooms, events) - Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and suppliers where relevant - Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and continuously optimise marketing efforts - Ensure an outstanding guest experience in all marketing communications Key Requirements - Medium-to-senior marketing profile with proven experience, preferably in the hospitality industry - Leadership experience - able to guide, motivate, and develop a team of marketing professionals - Dutch-speaking ...
