In the role as a Performance Marketing Automation Specialist , you won’t just manage campaigns, you’ll shape how the company drives demand, grows its social media presence, and builds meaningful engagement across the full customer journey. From campaign strategy to execution, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in how the company communicates. You will own and optimize our paid media activities, execute marketing automation through HubSpot, and support campaigns and product launches through performance-driven execution and insights. Key responsibilities Paid Media Own, manage, and optimize paid media activities across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms. Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Support marketing campaigns and product launches through audience targeting, paid promotion, and performance optimization. Manage budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, performance, and ROI.
