We are strengthening our department with five Senior Developers and two Lead Developers, creating exciting opportunities to join a growing team and help shape the future of software development at Nordic RCC. Your role As a Senior Developer in Application Development, you will join a collaborative team of approximately 23 developers. Together, you will design, develop, and maintain internal applications that support our current and future business services. Working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, operators, and UX specialists, you will help translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will be part of an application team that values sustainable solutions over quick fixes. We actively collaborate across applications and business services to identify common solutions, increase quality, and continuously improve the way we work.
