PROGRAM ANALYST

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Knowledge of and skill in applying the relevant federal policies and procedures sufficient to properly execute and advise on routine and complex travel functions/entitlements, and travel card usage. (a) Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), (b) Defense Travel System (DTS), (c) Government Travel Card APC Regulations, (d) DoD/DON Directives, (e) Navy records, reports, and forms procedures. (2) Knowledge of and skill in applying qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluative techniques to identify and resolve issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature.
