Lead Subnational Public Finance & SDG Policy

UNDP in Madrid is seeking a Local Finance Specialist to lead subnational fiscal policy coherence efforts and public finance reform. You will guide strategy, oversee analytical work, and coordinate with Ministries, regional offices, and partners to advance SDG delivery. The role requires strong expertise in fiscal policy, redistribution, and international collaboration, with a focus on local finance and intergovernmental engagement.
