What to Expect In this role as Inside Sales Supervisor, you will lead and manage a dynamic inside sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth sales operations. As a key leader in our digital sales channels, you will oversee team performance, mentor advisors, and drive operational excellence. You'll combine hands-on involvement in customer support with strategic team leadership, ensuring your team delivers first-class customer experiences and achieves ambitious sales targets. You will manage virtual test drive operations, oversee fleet management for remote test drives, and supervise the coordination with virtual sales teams and local locations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing administrative processes related to vehicle orders, including cancellations, exports, and quality assurance.
