In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Delivering advanced clinical services to individuals experiencing severe psychological, behavioral, and transitional challenges (e.g., in correctional, military, or clinical settings); 2) Managing a complex caseload and independently conducted comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnosed mental health disorders, and designed individualized treatment plans; 3) Managing specialized programs such as Substance Abuse Education and Treatment, Violent Offender treatment, Traumatic Stress Response/PTSD, and Community Re-entry preparation; and 4) Developing and recommended clinical policies, treatment protocols, and educational materials. Collaborated with multi-disc
