Description du poste **The Role** As Institutional Sales Associate, you will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the full sales cycle. This is a client\-facing position with significant exposure to senior team members and institutional clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct targeted research to identify high\-potential prospects (institutions, corporates, hedge funds, family offices, blockchain foundations, issuers) * Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels to qualify leads within the Swiss market * Own all phases of the sales cycle: prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client\-facing materials * Schedule and coordinate client meetings; manage follow\-ups and pipeline communication * Develop deep product knowledge across the full suite (custody, tokenization, trading, staking, derivatives) * Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and support reporting/forecasting * Foster ongoing client relationships; identify cross\-sell and upsell opportunities * Stay informed on crypto industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments * Collaborate cross\-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams * Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the sales process Profil recherché **Your Profile** * 2\-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client\-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or digital assets * Bachelor's de
