Job summary The Care Navigator supports the reception and administrative functions at Colton Mill and The Grange Medical Centre. This full-time role (37 hours per week) covers Monday 08:15-18:30, Tuesday Day Off Wednesday 07:45-16.00, Thursay 08.15-18.30 and Friday 08:15-18:30 .
