Jobomschrijving As a (Senior) Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:Business Development & Sales Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your market. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across different industries. Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and business challenges. Negotiate commercial agreements and recruitment partnerships. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR stakeholders. Become a trusted advisor for your clients regarding talent acquisition and market trends. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement. Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivations. Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within your specialisation. Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for your clients. Provide market insights and salary benchmarking. Ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction. Develop long-term partnerships based on trust and expertise. A successful (Senior) Recruitment Consultant should have: Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, customer service, or a commercial role.
