About Vind AI Vind AI was founded in Oslo in 2022, on a mission to reinvent the future of wind energy development and become the new industry standard for planning and developing wind power projects. Our company offers a web-based platform that brings together data, analysis and collaboration tools to support decision-making and reduce risk in the early stages of renewable energy projects. At our core, we are a purpose-driven company committed to removing the barriers slowing down the renewable energy transition. We empower wind developers with the insights they need to move faster and make better decisions, helping bring more renewable projects from idea to reality. Our platform is already used by leading players in the industry, and we are now expanding across Europe, including Germany, the UK, and France. Our team is based in Oslo and consists of developers, commercial professionals and domain experts working closely across functions. We operate with a flat structure, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a commercially driven mindset across the organisation. About the role Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. Marketing has clear strategic priorities for 2026, including growth focus in Europe, and raising awareness with media and SEO/AEO. As our Growth Marketing Manager , you will take ownership of campaign execution and demand generation performance. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact.
