We're looking for an experienced Application Specialist to develop Maestro, our planning application, and help it support demand and supply planning across the business.In this role, you'll connect business needs with technology. Your future teamYou'll join our ERP and PLM Applications team, which is responsible for several business-critical applications at Axis. We work across the full application lifecycle, from day-to-day support to continuous improvement and upgrades. We also collaborate with colleagues and partners around the world. What you'll do as an Application SpecialistMaestro supports demand and supply planning at Axis. In this role, you'll develop the application and the processes around it, helping ensure the solution meets the needs of a growing global organization. Your responsibilities will include: Lead discussions and workshops to understand business needs, explore options, and agree on the scope of solutions. Identify gaps between current functionality and new requirements, and recommend practical solutions. Configure and implement new features, while simplifying and standardizing existing functionality. Define and support inbound and outbound integrations with Maestro. Work with business stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to develop and deliver improvements. Collaborate with our Infrastructure team on monitoring, performance, and ongoing system improvements. Contribute to application support, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Who are you? You have experience with business applications for demand and supply planning, either from the IT side or as an experienced super user. You enjoy understanding how people, processes, and tech
