You will lead a team of three and play an active role in finance and transformation projects. Head of Accounting ================== **Your tasks:** * Accounting and closing: Take responsibility for general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed\-asset accounting, and deliver timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes under Swiss GAAP FER and local statutory requirements. * Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of three, setting clear priorities, building capabilities and ensuring consistently high\-quality work. * Tax and audit: Prepare or review tax and VAT returns and act as the main contact for external auditors and relevant authorities. * SAP and data quality: Act as the SAP FI key user, working with Finance and IT to ensure sound processes, reliable data, appropriate access rights and accurate reporting. * Project management: Lead finance projects, such as SAP implementations or shared service centre set\-up. Manage requirements, timelines, resources and risks, and coordinate testing, migration and handover to operations. * Processes and controls: Standardise accounting processes, strengthen internal controls and work closely with Controlling, IT and international finance teams. **Your profile:** * A recognised finance and accounting qualification, such as a Swiss federal certificate or diploma, or an equivalent qualification; several years of accounting experience with responsibility for financial closing. * Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss accounting requirements, with practical experience in tax and VAT matters. IFRS knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement. * Systems knowledge: Strong hands\-on SAP experience, particularly in FI, a good understa
