Experienced Hospitality Manager required for busy bar, restaurant and guest accommodation operation in Navan, Co. Meath Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a busy hospitality operation Excellent spoken and written English Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively Ability to work in a busy, quality-driven environment Flexibility to work midweek, weekends and evenings as required Good knowledge of food, beverage and hospitality operations Experience with staff rostering, training and day-to-day operational management Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar, restaurant and guest accommodation, ensuring a consistently high standard of service. Lead, manage and motivate the hospitality team, ensuring staff are trained, supported and working to the required standards. Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times and create a positive experience for all guests. Deal with customer enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating to senior Management when required. Ensure all food and beverage service is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Have a full knowledge of allergen awareness and ensure all dietary requirements are communicated and managed correctly. Oversee the cleanliness, presentation and general standards of the bar, restaurant, guest areas and accommodation.
