User Experience Designer - Own Product Flows & Research

Wingman is a small startup looking for a product designer who can own the experience from problem discovery to wireframes. You will study users—scouts and athletes—define flows, information architecture and interfaces. You’ll collaborate with partner agencies for visual polish and ensure the final product aligns with your defined experience. You’ll run user research, present options with rational recommendations, and write clear requirements for agencies and developers to execute. J-18808-Ljbffr
