You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Managing or directing an intelligence program involving the collection, evaluation, analysis, processing, production, and dissemination of law enforcement or border security intelligence information; Supervising subordinate supervisors, agents, analysts, or support personnel by assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, and resolving employee or operational issues; Coordinating intelligence activities and information sharing with internal operational components and external federal, state, local, tribal, foreign, or intelligence community partners; Developing intelligence forecasts, trend analyses, reports, briefings, or operational recommendations used to support enforcement operations, resource deployment, or strategic planning; Interpreting and applying laws, regulations, polic
