This role combines technology leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management to enhance collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing across the organisation.Workplace Specialist \- Geneva \- 8 months missionOur client is an internationally recognised organisation operating in a complex, multicultural environment with a strong mission\-driven focus.The organisation leverages digital innovation and modern workplace technologies to support collaboration, operational excellence and business transformation.**Description*** Lead the Digital Workplace function and coordinate cross\-functional stakeholders.* Define and execute the Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap.* Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI\-enabled productivity solutions.* Lead digital workplace projects, initiatives and governance activities.* Design and deliver training, learning pathways and adoption programmes.* Facilitate workshops, communities of practice and user engagement sessions.* Manage change management and communication activities supporting new technologies.* Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and assess business value opportunities.* Advise business stakeholders on collaboration, knowledge management and automation solutions.* Oversee Digital Champions networks to promote digital literacy and adoption.* Monitor service performance and support operational issue escalation.* Ensure project reporting, governance compliance and stakeholder communication.**Profile*** Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.* Minimum 6 years of experience leading Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace services.* Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Copilot.* Proven experien
