Descripción
At an industrial production site in Hoboken, you strengthen the asset team as an engineer for civil and structural assets. Asset management is the core discipline, with civil and structural engineering as the technical domain. You help develop, implement and improve the asset management approach for buildings, structures and related civil assets. You work in an engineering environment that supports production across the full lifecycle of technical projects, from feasibility and design to execution and start-up. As asset management maturity is still developing, you apply existing methods and help define and embed the way of working in daily operations. Tasks and responsibilities Support the design, implementation and rollout of the asset management system for civil and building assets in an industrial environment. Help structure processes, asset registers, hierarchies, criticality models, maintenance logic, KPIs and documentation flows. Translate asset management principles such as ISO 55000, lifecycle thinking and risk-based decision-making into practical methods. Contribute to tactical asset planning, maintenance strategy and lifecycle management. Develop tactical plans to improve the reliability, safety and service life of buildings and structural assets. Create, maintain and optimize multi-year maintenance plans. Define and monitor performance indicators for civil and structural assets. Translate risks, degradation insights and operational feedback into maintenance strategies, improvement actions and project proposals. Investigate degradation, deficiencies and incidents to reduce structural risks. Carry out root cause analyses for recurring technical issues and structural shortcomings. Interpret inspection data, trends, degradation curves and remaining-life assessments. Apply criticality and risk analysis methods to prioritize interventions and lifecycle actions. Define preventive and mitigating measures and convert them into practical maintenance strategies. Pre
