Who we are looking for As the Workplace & Facility Assistant, you will be the backbone of our coworking space’s day-to-day upkeep, ensuring that every area remains clean, organised, and welcoming. Your work will directly shape the experience of our members, contributing to a productive, enjoyable, and professional environment.This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll also be a helpful and approachable presence for our community, assisting with ad-hoc tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position at The Delta Campus, offered as a fixed-term 1-year contract (40 hours per week). Working hours are Monday to Friday, primarily between 08:00 and 18:00, in shifts based on operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Cleaning & Upkeep:- Maintain cleanliness in all common areas, including desks, chairs, tables, and high-touch surfaces.- Meeting rooms: Ensure they are ready for use, including cleaning tables, resetting furniture, and tidying flipcharts and whiteboards.- Kitchen & pantry areas: Clean counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines; restock supplies and ensure coffee machines are fully closed down and cleaned daily.- Restrooms: Sanitize toilets, sinks, and floors; restock paper products and soap.- Flooring: Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors regularly.- Trash & recycling: Empty all bins throughout the day and on request.- Offices: Prepare/reset offices before and after move-ins or move-outs.Operational Support:- Monitor cleanliness throughout operating hours, addressing spills or messes promptly.- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or low inventory of supplies to the Community Management team.- Manage cleaning supply inventory and request new stock as needed.Community & Member Support:- Assist with incoming deliveries and distribute orders to members.- Support the Commun
