(including PA executive search, PA on Demand, Secretaressepool, Juristenpool, HR Werven, AI Talent Acquisition Partner, Reisbranchepersoneel) and all related domain names and activities, whether of a facilitating, preparatory or executive nature. Applicability and definitions a These terms apply to all proposals, assignments and agreements between PA Online B.V. ("PA Online") and the Client. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing. The Client's purchasing terms do not apply. b "Candidate": any person whom PA Online presents for employment or engagement. c "Assignment": the agreement under which PA Online endeavors to recruit/select candidates or to hire/make them available to the Client. Formation of the assignment and exclusivity a An Assignment is formed upon written acceptance by PA Online or upon the start of the services. b An Introduction occurs once PA Online shares a profile/CV or presents the Candidate orally. a The placement fee is a percentage of the full-time gross annual compensation including holiday allowance and fixed 13th/14th month (variable bonus/commission excluded) and is due upon signature of the (employment) agreement (art. 5). b Hiring or engaging an introduced Candidate within 18 months of the Introduction (even if previously rejected) triggers the fee. Hiring, secondment and temporary agency work a Remuneration/payroll may be handled via a NEN-certified payroll/back-office; that party is the legal employer.
