1 Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d) A Snapshot of Your Day The Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d) will act as the key financial partner to technical project leadership, responsible for ensuring the commercial and financial integrity of projects from initiation through completion. To fulfill this objective, the position is structured around three core areas: comprehensive Commercial Project Controlling & Financial Management, proactive Project Risk & Contract Management, and collaborative Stakeholder Management & Process Improvement. How You'll Make an Impact * Commercial Project Controlling & Financial Management ** Prepare and manage project calculations, financial forecasts, and evaluations throughout the project lifecycle. ** Conduct detailed post-calculations and single-project controlling to analyze profitability and performance. ** Analyze cost development, identify deviations from budget, and collaborate with the project team to define and implement corrective measures. ** Create and deliver regular commercial reports and financial status updates to management and stakeholders. ** Actively support and execute project-related month-end closing activities in accordance with accounting standards. * Project Risk & Contract Management ** Serve as the primary commercial partner to the technical Project Manager, representing projects on all financial and contractual matters. ** Conduct commercial risk evaluations in collaboration with sales and technical teams to identify and mitigate potential financial exposures. ** Ensure commercial project execution adheres to all contractual obligations, internal regulations, and governance frameworks. ** Manage project-related invoicing, claims, and change orders in a timely and accurate manner. * Stakeholder Management & Process Improvement ** Organize and lead project reviews and status meetings with the project team and management to ensure alignment on commercial topics. ** Actively contribute to the digitalization and co
