Your job As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are an essential part of our team. Together with Housekeeping Manager Anna and a team of approximately 15 colleagues, you ensure that hotel rooms and public areas look their very best every day. You do more than just monitor quality. You actively work alongside your team and help create a positive and productive work environment. Thanks to your enthusiasm, organisational skills, and coaching approach, you motivate your colleagues and keep operations running smoothly. Especially during busy weekends, you and your team make a real difference to our guests' experience.
