As Head of People, you will lead the global people strategy for Group Supply and actively influence business direction, organizational effectiveness, and leadership performance. You will lead a high-performing People Leadership Team and partner closely with senior leaders to build the talent, culture, and capabilities needed for future success. In a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by digitalization, AI, and new ways of working, you will champion change and position People as a strategic driver of business value. You will be a member of the BNEW(Business Area Networks) People Leadership Team and report to the Head of People Networks.
