Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in drafting, formatting, and preparing official naval correspondence-including naval messages, point papers, memorandums, and standard naval letters-for distribution across internal and external chains of command, including dissemination to flag-level leadership. Experience in preparing and delivering verbal presentations ranging from local operational discussions to formal executive briefings for flag-level audiences. Experience in assisting Military Sealift Command (MSC) Ship Masters/Captains in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with Force Protection (FP) plans and directives, as well as collaborating with command authorities and federal/state agencies to mitigate security risks.
