Python Backend Engineer — Generation Pipeline & Reliability

Maxwell in Singapore is seeking a backend engineer to build and maintain the production pipeline that turns a stated goal into a finished film. You will own the end-to-end workflow from submission to delivery, using Python (Flask) and Celery. You will integrate multiple video and language model providers, implement reliability, cost controls, and observability, and partner with Video Engineering to fix output quality issues.
