Your Tasks: - Lead the annual budgeting, financial planning, and mid-term planning processes, including regular revisions and updates. - Oversee monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely accounting entries, accruals, and financial reporting. - Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans, analyze variances, and provide rolling forecasts and management reports. - Manage monthly and annual financial results and collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Group CFO on financial matters. - Coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, and ensure adherence to HGB, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory requirements. - Supervise administrative activities and resources, including office facilities, company vehicles and other operational support across divisions.
