We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the Digital Commercial Analytics team. In this role, you will combine commercial understanding, analytical expertise and stakeholder collaboration to identify opportunities, evaluate business performance and support sustainable growth across our digital business. You will work closely with QCP (Quantified Commercial Plan), Marketing, Digital, Controlling and Sales Markets to translate data into insights and recommendations that strengthen commercial decision-making and execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO Analyse digital and commercial performance to identify opportunities, risks and growth drivers. Turn strategic business questions into actionable insights and recommendations through customer, sales and behavioural analysis. Develop business cases and support prioritisation of initiatives and investments. Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behaviour and the drivers behind business performance. Partner with QCP to develop, maintain and evolve frameworks, tools, guidelines and best practices. Drive best practices, analytical frameworks and capability development for Commercial Business Analysts across Sales Markets, enabling more consistent and impactful commercial decision-making. Provide analytical support and insights related to post-purchase customer experience, fulfilment, returns and customer behaviour. Support business reviews, hindsight analyses and strategic planning through fact-based recommendations. Contribute to the continuous development of analytical methods, tools, technologies and ways of working within the team.
