LEAD CONTRACT SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing procurement requests to assure clarity, adequacy, and completeness; 2) Providing advice, training, guidance, and interpretation on procurement regulations, policies, and procedures; 3) Executing pre award contract actions (such as for construction, A/E, environmental or facilitates service contracts) in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, standards, and/or procedures; 4) Executing post award contract actions, including modifications, processing payments, final invoicing, final performance evaluation, and/or closeout; and 5) Evaluating proposals, establishing pre-negotiation objectives, negotiating, and documenting post negotiation accom
