Job summary The Carelink Service is a team of Community Health Support Workers who provide care within the boundaries of Camden for adults over 18 although most of the clients are older adults. The service predominantly provides care between the hours of 7am and 10 pm seven days per week. However, the service also provides a night sit in service from 10pm to 7am.
