Role Purpose The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for supporting the QC lead with QC deliverables, test packs, walkdown planning, snag tracking, and reporting. Roles & Responsibilities Leadership & Culture • Lead by example in the areas of ethics, EHS, cultural sensitivity, diversity, teamwork, quality culture and behaviors. • Understand our values, Quality policy and create a culture of "being proud of the projects we deliver" & "Right first time" amongst the team • Establish close working relationships with cross functional departments (Planning, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, EHS, etc.) including supply chain and client stakeholders. • Establish reward and recognition initiatives that celebrate quality achievements and project successes. • Encourage engagement in Lessons Learned program on the project to drive improvements. EHS Compliance • Comply with all Project EHS requirements i.e. PPE, work Permits, procedures, etc. Where required, support the development of project specific method statements. Quality Planning & Governance • Establish close working relationships with cross functional departments (Planning, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, EHS, etc.) including supply chain and client stakeholders. • Develop, maintain, and monitor Inspection and Test Plans and checklists approvals in line with submittal due dates. • Complete root cause analyses and monitor corrective actions to ensure effective close-out and prevention of recurrence. Welding, Traceability & Fabrication Control • Monitor and maintain weld traceability records, weld logs, welder qualifications, weld heat maps, visual inspection records and NDT compliance requirements. Test Packs, Systems & Commissioning Readiness • Develop and agree Test Pack List and Contents with relevant project stakeholders • Define and develop the system limits and/or system boundaries for test pack with agreed contents including tracking of each test pack. • Compilation of hard copy and/or digital te
