As we aim to revolutionize livestock management we need more top-notch competence in our Product team, and we are now looking for a Senior User Experience Designer. We are looking for a designer who brings strong interaction and interface skills and enjoys working across teams. In this role you will responsible for evolving defined parts of the Nofence app experience and work closely with other product lead application teams to ensure a coherent end-to-end journey. You will bridge user needs and business objectives, using rapid iteration and user feedback to guide decisions. This role is senior which means working closely as a UX lead, Product mangers and a Engineering leads, contributing to decisions and help shaping the direction of crucial parts of the application. About the role The main responsibilities for this role will be: App UX feature operation: Contribute to the user experience for defined features in our main app. Work closely with UX lead, Product Manager and engineers to set the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for this area, and ensure it fits well with the rest of the app. Cross-Application collaboration: Work with other Application teams to align patterns, coordinate releases, and remove seams between journeys. Share insights, resolve dependencies, and contribute to a consistent experience across the app. Interaction design: Create engaging, intuitive interfaces and flows. Move from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and ready-to-build specifications. Collaborative problem solving: Work closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to tackle complex design c
