ENGINEERING TECH (NAVAL ARCHITECTURE)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing technical engineering advisory services in the field of Naval Architecture, including assessment and recommendations for project repairs, modifications, and alterations during new ship construction, ship overhaul or repair projects. Examples of qualifying experience: Ability to investigate and resolve complex engineering problems in the areas of paint coatings and structures that arise during production work on Navy ships and crafts.
