Die Abteilung Technologieentwicklung & Product Support ist Teil der globalen Forschung und Entwicklung und unterstützt die Produktentwicklung durch die Bereitstellung von Methoden, Technologien und Standards über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung von Berechnungs- und Simulationsmethoden, der Entwicklung von Berechnungstools und technischen Richtlinien sowie auf der Unterstützung in den Bereichen Produktsicherheit, Nachhaltigkeit, technische Dokumentation, PDM und CAD. Als zentrale Querschnittsfunktion arbeitet die Abteilung eng mit den Teams Product Development, Application Engineering sowie Validation & Predictive Maintenance zusammen.
