Roles & Responsibilities : Review customer drawings, BOM, and mechanical assembly specifications for NPI projects. Develop and implement mechanical assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions. Plan and execute prototype, engineering, pilot, and mass production builds. Design, validate, and maintain assembly jigs, fixtures, torque tools, and special tooling.
