Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design sustainable data solutions that provide immediate value and long-term reliability. Contribute to the evolution of data governance methodologies by providing feedback from practical field implementations. Coach and advise stakeholders, including data owners and stewards, on data management practices and the use of the data platform. Review and maintain a transversal business glossary to ensure a common language and clear data definitions across the organization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams to align expectations and drive data-driven innovation. Facilitate workshops and bring stakeholders from diverse backgrounds together to converge on technical and functional data solutions. Requirements You possess 4+ years of experience in Data Governance , Data Quality Management , Metadata Management , and Master Data Management . You bring the ability to rapidly understand complex business processes and translate them into data management requirements. You're an analytical problem-solver with a result-driven approach and a product-oriented mindset. You have strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders. You are fluent in English with fluency in Dutch , French , or German . Nice to Haves Knowledge of Data Classification , Data Privacy , Data Security , and CIA measures . Experience with Business Intelligence , Analytics , or Big Data environments. Familiarity with Data Modeling , Data Integration , and APIs . Previous professional experience within the utilities or energy sector.
