The role offers close collaboration with commercial and technology stakeholders, as well as the opportunity to build practical structures, methods and capabilities that support scalable growth, stronger customer relationships and more effective marketing.About the roleAs Head of Digital – Sales & Marketing / B2B, you hold strategic responsibility for the digital direction, capabilities and contribution to business performance across Lindex B2B and the Sales & Marketing functions at Lindex. You translate Lindex overall strategy into a clear digital direction, setting priorities and driving the development of digital solutions, data, AI and technology to enable sustainable growth, profitability and long-term business success.Working in close partnership with business and functional leaders, you ensure that digital priorities are aligned with commercial objectives and translated into tangible results. With an initial focus on enabling B2B growth and scalable partner integrations, you lead digital development across the area, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. This includes developing digital roadmaps, integration capabilities and shared solutions that strengthen commercial performance and support an expanding B2B ecosystem.You lead a small team and drive competence development in new digital capabilities and ways of working, strengthening the organisation’s digital maturity and ability to embrace future opportunities.
