Promotes training and development throughout the store and supports the implementation and integration of the MCX corporate training and career development program. Participates in all corporate-led training programs and works with District Leader to set training goals and manage training compliance and learning transfer. Promotes employee training and skills development learning plans. Plays an integral role in store leadership development initiatives. Connects required training to performance and skills gaps.
