Do you enjoy structuring information, improving processes, and supporting users in a dynamic operational environment? We are looking for a proactive professional who will help maintain and improve business-critical documentation within a 24/7 operational environment. You will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure processes and work instructions remain accurate, accessible, and up to date. What are you going to do? As a Process Documentation Specialist, you will support a team responsible for critical transport and distribution processes. Your main focus will be maintaining and improving documentation while supporting ongoing process and system transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Updating and maintaining user documentation, work instructions, and manuals; - Gathering information from stakeholders and end users and translating it into clear documentation; - Supporting administrative and operational process documentation; - Contributing to process improvement and system transformation projects; - Mapping and documenting business processes; - Providing support for operational questions and second-line support activities; - Collaborating with different teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency; - Identifying opportunities to simplify or improve existing procedures.
