Because at Lam, we be... 1 Industrial Engineer (all genders) LOCATION: Villach, AT, 9500 REQ ID: 201439 WHAT YOU WILL DO Capacity Planning & Resource Modeling * Develop and maintain factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios * Perform data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints * Prepare reports and recommendations for site and global stakeholders Labor Analysis & Productivity Improvement * Conduct labor studies and workload assessments * Develop labor standards and productivity metrics * Identify opportunities for labor optimization and cost reduction * Support labor performance tracking and KPI reporting Shopfloor & Cleanroom Industrial Engineering * Lead cleanroom optimization activities including layouts, equipment placement, and line balancing * Drive 6S implementation and sustainment * Support manufacturing flow improvements, space utilization, and ergonomic assessments * Participate in manufacturing layout reviews and
