Identify and source top talent through various recruitment methods. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability. Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates. A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
