WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Applying knowledge of facility engineering systems to identify and troubleshoot operations and maintenance issues involving HVAC, controls, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems and finishes. Responding to facility operational issues or emergencies and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, work orders, and other facility service requirements. Monitoring contractor performance and conducting inspections or quality reviews to identify and resolve deficiencies. OR Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; OR Have a combinat
