We are now looking for Site Engineers across several technical disciplines to join Granlunds growing Site Services team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for site supervision within your own technical discipline, whether your expertise lies in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, ICT, Security, Automation, or Moisture Management. As the client's technical representative on site, you will play a key role in ensuring that technically demanding projects are executed according to approved plans, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and agreed quality standards. In your daily work, you will monitor project progress, review installations, materials, and work phases, and ensure that execution aligns with approved plans and technical requirements. You will interpret technical drawings and project documentation, document your observations in digital systems, and help ensure that any quality issues or deviations are addressed appropriately. As a key link between the site and the wider project organization, you will provide accurate and up-to-date information on project progress and site activities. The positions are full-time and permanent, and you will be employed directly by Granlund. The work is strongly site-based, with projects located throughout Finland.
