HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT)

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Use knowledge of the recruitment hiring process to initiate recruitment actions and resolve recruiting problems/ issues; 2) Provide guidance to management on a variety of recruitment options; and 3) Use electronic personnel databases to enter information for personnel request and pull reports from the database to provide current status to managers.
