About the Role As our new ERP \& Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, stability and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system. You will provide reliable technical support to our employees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance and continuously develop the system to meet evolving business needs. With a solid understanding of our business processes, you will provide 1st and 2nd level application support, coordinate with external software vendors and work closely with different departments to implement new functionalities and improve existing solutions. Beyond ERP application management, you will also contribute to our digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities for business process optimization, data analytics and intelligent automation, including AI\-supported solutions.
