This is a 100% in\-office role managing trade finance portfolios, contract flows, and day\-to\-day corporate communications. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, reliability and personal responsibility, with the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with banks, counterparties, suppliers, buyers and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** Trade Finance \& BankingManage day\-to\-day communication and correspondence with banks, suppliers, buyers and other commercial , check and coordinate Letter of Credit (LC) drafts, including comments, amendments and negotiations with relevant , submit, deliver and follow up on Cash Against Documents (CAD) documentation and related banking trade finance transactions and ensure that required documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within the relevant \& Commercial DocumentationPrepare and coordinate sales contracts, ensuring that commercial terms and agreed transaction details are accurately and organise transaction\-related documentation and documents flow between internal stakeholders, banks, suppliers, buyers and other Administration \& Record KeepingMaintain accurate and well\-organised physical and electronic filing systems for trade, banking, contractual and corporate documents are properly archived and readily accessible when up on outstanding doc
