Head of Performance Marketing — Remote Leadership

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing to lead our PPC and SEO practice. You will oversee the channel strategists, set quality standards, and own performance across client accounts while the execution rests with your specialists. This is a management seat, not an individual contributor role. You will shape audits, reporting, and client communications; own budget allocations as accounts scale; and drive strategic plans for the department. J-18808-Ljbffr
