Job Description As Platform Manager for Integration Reengineering, you are at the centre of our modernization and adoption of Common Technology Foundation. Enterprise integration is a strategic capability at the heart of our digital transformation, and you will be part of leading the full platform lifecycle of our integration technologies and defining the path forward for our legacy landscape. While driving modernization is an important part of the role, an equally important responsibility is to ensure stable operations, lifecycle management and continuous improvement of the platform landscape. You are expected to make balanced decisions between transformation, operational stability, technical debt reduction and platform lifecycle management. Success in this role comes from sustainable platforms that are secure, resilient, cost-efficient and trusted by engineering teams across the organisation. Leading people is a big part of the job.
