Live-In Private Estate Manager

The manager for a private estate in Asturias, Spain, will oversee the preservation, order and flawless operation of five buildings on a 20‑hectare property. You will translate the owner's requirements into precise procedures, lead a high‑quality team and implement a performance system that ensures reliable, high‑standard results. We are seeking a hands‑on, field‑oriented manager, not an office bureaucrat, with a proven track record of delivering tangible improvements. J-18808-Ljbffr
