Supervisory Equal Opportunity Investigator - Charge Receipt and Technical Information Unit (CRTIU)

To Qualify for the GS-13: You must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal service. Specialized experience includes experience counseling charging parties/claimants, preparing, planning, conducting and/or coordinating investigations, collecting and analyzing data pertaining to discrimination complaints, and communicating with respondent officials and witnesses regarding each stage of the investigative process. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 level.
