Program Specialist

Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Coordinating onboarding position management, performance tracking, time and attendance administration, and liaison activities with Human Resources. Serving as the primary liaison between program staff and administrative offices, coordinating business operations, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring timely support for organizational priorities.
